With the world going topsy-turvy in last few weeks, owing to the outbreak of deadly Coronavirus or COVID-19, not just nations across the globe, but organisations, institutions and individuals have transformed their lives and tried to cooperate towards measures required to be taken to reduce further spread of the pandemic.
An interactive session was conducted by our Founder and CEO, Ms Bithika Anand and Nipun Bhatia, President – Strategic Legal Management of Legal League Consulting, with the team of lawyers at Naik Naik & Co.
The session was focused on providing valuable insights by our team on Business Continuity & Sustenance Planning, Managing Client Relationships, Challenges associated with Remote Working, Maintaining Efficiency & Productivity and dealing with Anxiety & Stress. During the discussion, employees also shared their experiences of Remote Working and Client Engagement.
Team Inttl Advocare attended an interactive session on Stress Management and Productivity conducted by our Founder and CEO, Ms. Bithika Anand and Mr. Nipun Bhatia, President – Strategic Legal Management of Legal League Consulting, to edify the entire team with their invaluable and insightful thoughts.
It was very refreshing as the entire team was quite interactive, shared the causes of their stress and how are they coping with the same. Everyone contributed to knowing each other better and how to be more productive on the work front. These sessions are definitely a better way to start afresh once the lockdown is lifted.
Looking beyond COVID-19! Dhaval Vussonji & Associates team had an interactive session titled ‘Road To Recovery’ conducted by our Founder, Ms. Bithika Anand, where everyone shared their experiences on their challenges and experiences of working amidst COVID-19.
Ms. Anand guided the team on maintaining efficiency while working from home, importance of team-work and managing stress & anxiety amidst difficult times.
