An interactive discussion to boost employee morale and optimism was conducted by our Founder and CEO, Ms Bithika Anand, with the aspiring team of lawyers at LEXORBIS. The session was titled ‘COVID 19- ROAD TO RECOVERY’.
Ms. Bithika Anand presented valuable insights on Business Continuity & Sustenance Planning, Managing Client Relationships, Challenges associated with Remote Working, Maintaining Efficiency & Productivity, Managing Anxiety & Stress and Practices in other Law Firms during and beyond COVID-19. During the discussion, employees also shared their experiences of Remote Working and Client Management.
